
David Green
In 1990 David won the Clothes Show Model of the Year competition and a consequent year long modelling contract. Since then he has modelled for a variety of top name companies such as Ralph Lauren, Ermenegildo Zegna and Levis, as well as appearing in various TV commercials for Stella Artois, Wella, Diet Coke and Wrigleys.
In 1999 David, along with his brother (a cameraman) set up Zero DB, a company specialising in rental facilities for the broadcast industry. Then in 2002 they set up their own production company, Giant Film and TV (www.giantfilm.tv).
A combination of David's entrepreneurial skills and his passion for racing cars led him into organizing and competing in a number of transcontinental rallies, then in 2003 he set up the infamous trans America Bullrun Rally (www.bullrun.com). ‘Bullrun' has featured in 2 x 10 part series for Bravo, and in 2004 MTV ordered a 1-hour special on the rally. This year it went out as a 5 x 30 minute series on Channel 4.
David has also presented ‘Car Cruzin'- a series that gives viewers a glimpse at some of the world's biggest celebrities and their car collections and ‘Car Nuts' for ETV.
His most recent programme, Speed Hurts, is a new 10 part series following the 2008 SEAT Cupra Championship. The series follows David as he races the Nuts TV branded supercharged Leon Cupra car in this years SEAT Cupra Championship and feature the exhilarating build up, gripping team rivalry and two high speed races.
