Dr Cecilia d'Felice

Award winning clinical psychologist Cecilia d'Felice has become a regular psychological expert on national TV and Radio. Her new show ‘Best Friend Rehab' will be on Fiver starting on the 27^th October 2008. Cecilia will also be appearing as an expert on Channel 5's ‘Sex- How to do everything' and Channel 4's ‘Sex Education' in the Autumn 2008 schedules.

Cecilia has become the psychological ‘face' of DatingDirect Affinity, the UK's largest internet dating site with over 3.5 million subscribers, providing monthly articles and video advice on all aspects of dating and relationships. See her at www.datingdirectaffinity.com

Recently she has appeared on Radio 4's ‘Woman's Hour', Radio 2's Alex Hall show, is a regular on Channel 5's ‘The Wright Stuff' and appeared on Channel 4's ‘The Friday Night Project' with guest host David Tennant. Last summer Cecilia had her own slot on Channel 4's most successful psychology show, ‘Big Brother on the Couch', analysing the Big Brother housemates with Davina McCall. Cecilia has conducted ‘clinics' on shows including Chris Evans' Drive Time on BBC Radio 2. She has also appeared on BBC World and the BBC World Service.

Cecilia specialises in all aspects of emotional wellbeing and relationships, working for the NHS in London. She is a monthly columnist for Psychologies magazine and for International Life and also wrote a weekly column for the Independent on Sunday called ‘How to be Happy'.

Cecilia's book - a synthesis of memoir and therapy - called ‘Dare to be You - Eight Steps to transforming your Life', is to be published by Orion in January 2010.

Cecilia specialises in all aspects of adult mental health and relationships, working for the NHS and in private practice. She won the Mind Journalist of the Year award in 2007/08.
