Kate Edmondson

Kate first came to our screens in 2006 when she beat 10,000 other hopefuls in MTV's search for a new presenter and went on to host a number of live music related shows for MTV and TMF.

Since MTV, Kate has gone on to present for a variety of shows including the popular CBBC show Hider in the House with JK and Joel to 4 Music, BBC Teen 24 News and Backstage at the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards to name a few as well as hosting large events such as the 02 Wireless Festival, EA Games and the Sony Ericsson Fanwalk.

More recently, Kate presented the launch of Fashionair.com - a major new fashion-entertainment based site that is Simon Fuller's latest project and is currently presenting a new show called ‘Unlimited' that was the first official show to launch on Facebook.

Kate also presented Project Princess for Disney.

As well as presenting, Kate has also provided voice overs for 4 Music, the Sony Ericsson Fanwalk and Box TV countdowns.

Having worked as a model, Kate has a keen interest in fashion as well as music, film and radio after spending her University days as head of music and presenter of the popular request show on student radio.
