Rachel Khoo

Determined to understand and master French cooking, Rachel threw herself heads first into learning by moving to Paris and enrolling at the world-famous cookery school Le Cordon Bleu. Despite initially not speaking a word of French, Rachel has now lived in Paris for five years and has not only fully conquored the French language but has mastered classical French cuisine enough to adapt it with a modern twist.

Rachel runs her restuarant, La petite cuisine à Paris, out of her quaint French flat; and her modern French cuisine has been extraordinarily recieved by renounded chefs, critics, and members of the public (including The New York Times).
