Lisa James Larsson is a half British, half Swedish film and television director, born in Potsdam, Germany and based in Stockholm.
Lisa is currently directing the opening block of ‘Victoria 2’ for Mammoth and ITV. Prior to this she directed all 4 episodes of ‘Striking Out’, a new flagship drama for RTE produced by Blinder Films, starring Amy Huberman, Rory Keenan and Neil Morissey.
Prior to this, in Sweden, she directed hit feature films ‘Ego’ and ‘Tsastiki’, as well as episodes of Bobby Moresco’s crime drama ‘The 100 Code’ and the finale of NBC’s comedy ‘Welcome to Sweden’.
Lisa is a graduate of Film and Television studies at London’s Brunel University and Film Directing and Screenwriting at Stockholm’s Dramatiska Intsitutet. Her short films have won festival awards around the world.
