Agent Assistant – Actors Department

Another exciting opening has arisen for an Agent’s assistant in our Actors Department.

This role is the ideal opportunity for someone excited by the challenge of working for a busy office and the skill set to adapt, learn and assist efficiently. Previous experience working within the creative industry is required:

Core Responsibilities: 

    • Handling incoming emails & emails
    • Organising & uploading client self tapes & arranging auditions & zooms. 
    • Arranging ADR, overseeing press requests & general logistics
    • Managing the office diary & the client availability calendar 
    • Managing client’s paperwork including the sending out & tracking of contracts, logging jobs, raising invoices & completing new starter forms
    • Arranging & attending visits to the theatre & screenings with casting directors 
  • Reading and breaking down scripts to circulate with the rest of the department
    • Watching client’s work and cutting & sourving showreel materials.
    • Collating clients reviews
  • Maintaining client information on the ITG website 
  • Developing a knowledge of the leading casting directors, production companies and producers

Key Skills & Experience:

    • Excellent organisational skills with a great attention to detail
    • An ability to multitask, problem solve & react quickly to ever-changing situations
  • Excellent communication skills and phone manner
  • A working knowledge of the industry and a genuine interest in theatre, film and television
  • A willingness to learn and develop in the role
  • Computer skills and ability to grasp basic software
  • Experience in handling short films, workshops, audio drama (such as radio and video games) and regional theatre is advantageous.

You’ll primarily be based in our main office at Whitfield Street, normal office hours will be 9.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday, although some flexibility is required. This role will include attendance at some evening events, both in London and the UK more widely.

Talent Agent Assistant 360

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Talent Agent Assistant to support our
growing roster of broadcast talent and digital-first creators. The ideal candidate will have a
strong understanding of the digital and broadcast commercial landscape, open communication
skills, and a passion for talent management and brand partnerships.
You will work closely with our senior agents day-to-day and support them in managing talent
activities, coordinating brand deals, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth and
confident communication across all parties. This is an excellent entry point for someone looking
to develop a career in talent management and representation, influencer marketing, broadcast
and commercial deals

Key Responsibilities

Talent & Client Support

● Support the Agents in managing their roster of broadcast talent working in TV & Radio,
as well as digital creators across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok,
Linkedin, Facebook and Twitch.
● Coordinate day-to-day communication between the team with the view to progress to
talent facing work.
● Schedule and track campaign deliverables, posting dates, content approvals and
payments.
● Assist in processing contracts, bookings and invoices.

Campaign Coordination

● Maintain campaign dates, diaries and ensure deadlines are met.
● Support agents on end to end campaign requirements.

Research & Business Development

● Research new talent, brands, and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
● Assist in creating pitch decks, case studies and spreadsheets.
● Contribute to outreach efforts for talent work.

Administrative & Organisational Support

● Manage agent calendars, take meeting notes, and action points for the Talent team.
● Maintain databases, filing of contracts and brand correspondence.
● Support event logistics (e.g. talent appearances, talent shoots, brand events, industry
conferences, as well as team events).

Key Skills & Attributes

● Strong writing and communication skills.
● Highly organised with attention to detail.
● Confident in multitasking while moving at an often fast-pace.
● Professional and personable – comfortable liaising with talent, brands, and agencies and
the internal team.
● Google Workspace; experience with project management tools (e.g. Notion, Google
workspace) a plus.
● Understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and content trends.
● Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications & Experience

● Should ideally have previous experience in a similar support, coordination, or agency
role (digital, broadcast, entertainment, PR, or influencer marketing preferred).
● Strong passion for the creator economy, Brand partnerships, and digital culture.
