Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:30am–6:30pm (with some evening events)

About the role:
An exciting opportunity to support our Actors Department in a busy and dynamic talent agency. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced creative environment, balancing administrative efficiency with a genuine passion for film, theatre, and television.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Managing correspondence and handling incoming calls
  • Organising and uploading self-tapes, auditions and virtual meetings
  • Overseeing ADR sessions, press requests, and logistics
  • Maintaining office and client calendars
  • Processing contracts, invoices, and new starter forms
  • Coordinating theatre visits and screenings with casting directors
  • Reading and distributing scripts
  • Editing showreel material and tracking press reviews
  • Updating client information on the ITG website
  • Building knowledge of casting directors, producers, and production companies

Key skills & experience:

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking ability
  • Clear, confident communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving approach
  • Working knowledge of the entertainment industry
  • Competence with office software and basic administration tools
  • Enthusiasm for the arts and a willingness to learn
  • Experience with short films, workshops, radio/audio, and regional theatre is a bonus
