Darcia Martin

Director

Darcia Martin began her television career making documentaries for the BBC before directing scripted content. She cut her teeth on numerous episodes of Doctors and Casualty before directing series finales on Call the Midwife and the 2- hour finale of Judge John Deed. Her short film First was recently optioned in the U.S. by Good Deed Entertainment. She has been selected to join BFI NETWORK x BAFTA Crew 2021 and is currently being mentored by the director Harry Bradbeer as part of the Directors UK Inspire programme.
