Lisa is a writer-director from Edinburgh. She directed on the BBC Four/Hopscotch series SKINT under creative director Peter Mullan which premiered at Glasgow Film Festival 2022 and went out on BBC4 on 27th March; here is a link to her episode of UNICORN she directed, written by Rachel Trezise. She is currently trainee director on COMMONALITY for LA Productions / BBC Scotland (3 x 60) until mid June.
Over the summer she was trainee / Second Unit director on Amazon/Wild Mercury HETV production THE RIG (under Alex Holmes). She now has her first feature, CLAUDIE, in development with Pulse Films, and she is really going from strength to strength.
Lisa only graduated from the NFTS Directing Fiction MA in May 2021, where she was Channel 4 Scholar. Her graduation film ‘Muse’ was awarded the NFTS Panalux and Sargeant Disc prizes for excellence.
