One of Sweden’s most prominent Swedish directors known for her authentic, award-winning dramas focusing on challenges of young age and complex family dynamics. In 2015 Lenken gained international acclaim for her debut feature My Skinny Sister and in 2021 repeated the success with her sophomore feature Comedy Queen, both winning the Crystal Bear at the Berlin International Film Festival. Lenken has been recognised for her work in television on series like Thin Blue Line, Pressure Point, and most recently My Brother.
