Damian is a Scottish Screenwriter who is currently writing on A Woman of Substance S2, while also developing his debut feature film backed by Screen Scotland.
He has developed original projects for the BBC and Channel 4, working with leading production companies including The Forge, Playground, Quay Street, Big Talk and Jax Media.
After a brief stint working in drama development, Damian began writing full-time after being selected for BBC Scotland’s Writers’ Scheme. He has since written across several dramas, including C4’s Ackley Bridge, and the BBC’s Holby City and River City.
Alongside his original work, Damian has contributed to a number of writers’ rooms. His original spec script won him a scholarship with Warner Bros. to study an MA in TV Writing.
