Emilie is a writer and performer originally from South Shields. She was on the 2021 4Screenwriters course where she wrote spec FLICK that is in development with Home Team. Her play Moonlight on Leith (co-written with Laila Noble) won the Scottish Art’s Club Bright Spark Award in 2018 and was named runner up at Theatre Uncut’s Political Playwriting Award ceremony in 2019. In 2020, Robson was made an Associate Writer with gig-theatre company Middle Child and her play GAME was selected for artistic development with The Traverse in Edinburgh. Her audio drama PICA is currently shortlisted for the Alfred Bradley Bursary Award and her radio short Sebastian (et moi) is due for broadcast on BBC Radio 3’s The Verb. Emilie is part of the BBC Drama Room 2022.
