Julie Nørgaard Jensen is a Korean-born, neurodivergent screenwriter based in Cornwall, UK. She is an NFTS Screenwriting graduate, and has worked across film and TV in the UK, US and Nordics. Among others, her work includes the BAFTA-longlisted short film A Film About a Pudding, Amma Asante’s sci-fi thriller series Smilla’s Sense of Snow and horror feature LUCIA. In 2026, Julie was part of the inaugural MilkTea Great Migrations Development Lab for East and Southeast Asian (ESEA) filmmakers, funded by the BFI Creative Challenge Fund.
