Nancy Farino is a writer and actor from the West Midlands. She trained at The Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and has since worked as an actor with Netflix, Apple, BBC and Sky.
Her debut play, Fatherland, had a sell-out run at Hampstead Theatre, directed by Tessa Walker, receiving excellent reviews, and winning the Sky Arts The Times Breakthrough Award.
Her theatre work also includes Twenty Something (Old Red Lion/Edinburgh Fringe Festival) and Blessings (Camden People’s Theatre).
She has been developing her play, My Strong Intent, as part of Hampstead Theatre’s INSPIRE Programme for emerging writers under Roy Williams, alongside various original television projects.
