PETER A. DOWLING is a veteran screenwriter whose credits include FLIGHTPLAN with Jodie Foster and REASONABLE DOUBT with Samuel L. Jackson.
Born in Manchester, England, Dowling started making super8 films when he was 13 and, after working in children’s animation in the UK and Germany, won the prestigious “Fulbright TEB Award for Screenwriting” that sent him to Los Angeles. After selling an action thriller straight out of USC, to 20th Century Fox, Dowling has sold a number of original screenplays and worked for every major and independent film studio since.
He recently branched out into television, selling 2 pilots to ABC and is currently writing a six-part British thriller called TENACITY for ITV and eOne. He recently wrote his upcoming thrillers BLACK AND BLUE starring Naomi Harris and Tyrese Gibson, and IMMORTAL: THE NEW YORK HUNT FOR JACK THE RIPPER which is in pre-production.
