
As a performer, Mel has been involved in some of the most acclaimed comedies, such as French and Saunders (performer and writer) and The Vicar of Dibley.
Mel reached further acclaim as one half of the comedy duo Mel and Sue, both on the screen and on radio.
Most recently Mel has been seen on BBC2 presenting the highly popular cooking series, The Great British Bake-Off alongside long term presenting partner Sue Perkins.
