Molly Manning Walker

Molly Manning Walker is an award-winning Writer/Director and Cinematographer based in London.

Molly’s debut feature film How To Have Sex was awarded the prestigious Un Certain Regard prize at the Cannes Film Festival. The film is produced by Wild Swim’s Ivana MacKinnon and Emily Leo, alongside Heretic’s Konstantinos Kontovrakis. Film4 and BFI developed the project and financed alongside mk2 Films. The film will be released later this year by MUBI.

Molly’s first short film Good Thanks, You? was included in the Semaine De La Critique program at Cannes and her second short The Forgotten C was BIFA nominated.

As a DP, Molly has worked across documentary, fiction and advertising and recently shot British Independent feature film Scrapper with director Charlotte Regan, which won the Sundance World Cinema Grand Jury Prize.

Molly graduated from the NFTS Cinematography course in 2019 and was picked as a Screen International Star of Tomorrow in 2021.
