Award-winning British director working in premium drama. He was Lead Director and Executive Producer on RUN AWAY for Netflix and Quay Street Productions, which went to number one globally in 37 countries. He also directed MISSING YOU, which has passed 94 million views, and FOOL ME ONCE, one of Netflix’s ten most-watched English-language series of all time.
A child actor from the age of eight, he performed with the Royal Shakespeare Company before turning to writing, winning the Sir Peter Ustinov Television Scriptwriting Award at the International Emmy Awards. His short film BAGHDAD EXPRESS, featuring Riz Ahmed, screened at festivals worldwide, and TOUCH won the Grand Prize at Virgin Media Shorts, awarded by Shane Meadows. His other television credits include MISS SCARLET & THE DUKE and THE GOOD KARMA HOSPITAL, and second unit on THE CAPTURE and PRESS. He is a member of BAFTA and Directors UK.
